We’re back, friends! It’s been a few weeks and while I have an official post to explain celebrate all the things I’ve been up to with So About What I Said’s move (coming your way tomorrow!), but first, we MUST talk about something even more important…
Did you vote yet??
I won’t waste time reminding you how necessary it is that you make your voice heard or run down the growing list of all the things at stake in this election because I’m sure you’ve heard it all before — and because I know how smart you all are. But we all have the power to make real change today. The kind of change that will last far beyond our lifetimes.
For me, I haven’t felt this kind of heart-pounding presidential excitement since the 2008 election and Barack Obama’s historic win. That’s the kind of palpable promise I feel in the today as millions head to the voting booth. I’m so excited, in fact, that I took advantage of early voting and cast my ballot two weeks ago!
We’re on the edge of greatness, which is why I am SO PROUD to support Hillary Clinton! Please, please get out and vote today — our future depends on it! Find your polling place and flaunt that snazzy sticker all day long!!
And, here are four ways to follow the election coverage throughout the day…
- CNN’s Election Center
- New York Times live coverage (they’re also offering unlimited digital access through tomorrow)
- USA Today’s Poll Tracker
- Follow along and see what people are saying on Twitter with #Election2016
