10 delicious food truck designs

Paste magazine recently declared that “we are officially in the middle of a food truck boom. There’s a movable eatery for every delicacy you can imagine, from the sushi burrito to the lobster roll.” Seeing as how much I love food and enjoying it in a variety of experiences and settings, visiting a food truck has long been at the top of my bucket list. Can you believe I have yet to experience the gloriousness that is the food truck? I can just picture walking down a crowded street in New York City and taking in the sights, sounds and smells while enjoying a sweet treat from the Sweetery, above. Ahhh! The stuff of dreams!

And, it looks like the actual design of the trucks is as unique as the food they serve. Here are nine more of my favorites…

Maximus/Minimus, Seattle

Dog Tags Grub, Washington, DC

Tricycle Ice Cream, Providence, Rhode Island

Cloud Nine Cotton Candy, Vancouver, British Columbia

Doughnut Vault, Chicago

You Sly Dog, Tucson, Arizona

Mastiff Sausage Company, San Diego

Cafe Larue & Fils, Montreal

Alchemy Coffee, Richmond, Virginia

Have you tried a lot of food trucks, friends? What’s your favorite? I’d love to hear them!! xoxo

My food truck experiences are limited to just one truck, but it's so good! It's called the "Pig Rig" and they make the most amazing pulled pork sandwiches and more! My city actually just approved food trucks to be allowed to park in the city centre, so there's 3 more trucks in town I've yet to visit!

Food trucks are very convenient nowadays. They don’t just offer a wide variety of food to their customers, they also give them a new experience of getting their favorite foods along the streets and on the go. And they can also function as an attraction, especially if they have unique and quirky designs like these. Cheers!
