Found: The lokai bracelet

I love the story behind the lokai bracelet: The bracelet contains elements from the highest and lowest point on Earth. A white bead contains water from Mount Everest, and directly opposite, a black bead contains mud from the Dead Sea. The two are linked, naturally, which represents life’s circular path.

“I brought these two key elements together because life is full of cycles. The rest of the beads are clear, because we all have our own story of balance to tell,” says founder Steven Izen. “Life is full of joy and sadness, and we can all relate to its highs and lows. I hope that the lokai bracelet will remind you to stay balanced and centered along your journey.”

How cool is that? Life really is all about balance, and even though it can be hard to find that balance sometimes, it’s ultimately worth it in the end! xoxo

So About What I Said is a daily blog that covers relationships, disabilities, lifestyle and pop culture. I love to laugh and have been known to overshare. I also have an unabashed obsession with pop music, polo shirts, and PEZ dispensers. Read more...
