My Spring Must-Haves: Shane from Whispering Sweet Nothings

I must admit, I was surprised, flattered and downright honored when Melissa reached out to me about curating a feature for her Spring Fling series. She has been a favorite read of mine since day one of blogging three years ago. A woman I’ve always looked up to for her determination, passion and overall zest for life which truly shines through in each and every one of her posts.

Now as the polar vortex finally winds down and spring weather is upon us, I am sure we are all ready to toss in our fur and riding boots for tanks and tees. Am I right? I am traveling the country in my time after graduation before starting a big-girl job and will be attending loads of festivals. This is where my wardrobe will need a bit of an update.

I’ve put together my version of the perfect festival outfit. Think tribal, fringe, feathers and flowers in her hair. And for the added “wow” factor, I just purchased these fabulous gladiator sandals. Everything listed is affordable yet chic, the key to success in this soon-to-be graduate’s life.
