Remember when I mentioned that my calendar was wide open last weekend? Well, I took advantage of the rest and relaxation time for a bit of fun pampering. I broke out my new bottle of NYC polish in Empire State Blue, and Janelle painted my nails on Friday — the photo doesn’t do it justice, but I love how sparkly and shimmery this shade is.
Plus, I also kicked it a little retro with my awesome Ban.do twist scarf. The lovely ladies of the accessories shop were kind enough to send me their polka dot scarf, and it was fun to play around with a fun new look. What do you think, friends? I’m thinking this would be perfect for long, leisurely summer days spent drinking root beer on the patio and rolling those dice in Yahtzee marathons! xoxo
