Def a non-creepy secret admirer that'd make my day w/little anonymous gestures! Not being able to be with a guy b/c it could be wrong in some way sounds like torture, which is why I'd prefer that he do the chase–even if I'm totally oblivious to the whole thing at first :).

Unrequited love x 10000! The thought of a secret admirer makes me queasy. I'm a very private person and almost can't even stand people I know looking at me at parties or on trains or whatever. My worst nightmare would be someone I didn't know watching me or giving me presents. But unrequited love feels strangely warming and Shakespearean – like a warm little secret that you can think of when you're feeling down. 🙂

Secret admirer for sure. Having unrequited love is just not fair – for you or the other person. But, if you figured out who the admirer was … that could be weird too. Tough question!
