Confession: I’ve been really hooked on granola this summer. I mean really hooked on it. As in, I’ve been eating Quaker Oat’s Chewy Granola Bars like they’re going out of style. So when I discovered Molly’s recipe for granola bar bites, I did a mental cartwheel (yes, that really is a thing, I swear…).
And the best part? They’re super healthy and take less than 10 minutes to make. Win-win! xoxo
