I already did the bad boy thing and it took me a long time to learn that it just doesn't work. Now I have a wonderful good boy!:)

It really depends – sometimes the "bad boys" are just insecure weirdos and sometimes the "nice boys" are doormats or assholes in disguise. I tend to prefer a man that can straddle both successfully, but lean more toward nice guy if we're speaking honestly 😉

Nice guy. This comes after years of dating the bad boy type. The thing about the bad boy is that we think we can change him (validation for ones ego)… It never happens. With a nice guy there are no tweaks needed (and no heartbreak).

Nice guy. Maybe I'm just old and boring, but I want a guy I can introduce to my family and friends, who takes care of me when I'm sick/down, and is just plain courteous. Those are all big things for me…and nice guys do that a lot more than bad boys.

I think it depends what stage you are at in life. Bad boys are fun to date, but if you're looking for someone to really share your life with, then nice guys are the way to go.
