Gah, so tired of those hipsters not driving everywhere, supporting local small businesses, and working in artistic professions. As was pretty much the entirety of the parameters used to define 'hipster' neighborhoods in the article you linked. More annoyed with that subset of self-unaware hipsters who complain about hipsters all the time (your love of instagram is showing).

Hi Melissa! Love the over-apologizing & homebody articles …can so relate! I really enjoy your blog – have been a reader for a while now. Now takes me to a fresh page when I click on the links which is much better than having to go back to find you again 🙂

Ha, I had to laugh at your first link. I'm one of those people who love to make fun of hipsters, and they really really can bug me, but then all I want to do is live in their neighborhoods. They have the best coffee shops and restaurants! Gah!
…maybe I'm a self-hating hipster?
