My mom and I walk by a house every night on our walks. Now, this isn’t just any ordinary house, mind you. The front door is blue. Bright blue. That’s just brilliant, if you ask me. I actually think this is one of those things that looks beautiful in photos but kind of sad and tacky in person. I'm all for colourful doors and other details like that but everytime I've seen a fully painted house it just hasn't looked right to me. Then again, maybe I'm just not seeing the right painted house 🙂

My husband and I meant for our house to be a gray-blue, but it ended up being more like a sky-blue. It's the brightest house on the block. Oops. 😉

It’s utterly beautiful and amazing how each color palette distinctively partitions the buildings neatly! The colors are very lively and refreshing. If I were to have a home there, it would be painted with some pastel hues. In fact, I want it to look just like in the first photo.
