Man Candy Monday.

Good morning, friends! Welcome to a new week — hope it’s going well for you so far. Today’s dashing dude is a rather bittersweet pick. I first fell in love with him when I was a wee little girl. In fact, he was one of the first people I ever saw in concert. My parents took me, and I can remember just being in complete awe of the whole experience. And then when I discovered my father’s old records, one thing was clear: I could listen to his beautiful voice all day. He had charisma. His sweetness could melt even the coldest of hearts. And he made everyone a daydream believer…

What a sweet and true post. I remember getting my little sister tickets to see the Monkees for her 6th birthday. Weird Al opened up for them. <3. Such a great band, and Davey was such a great man.

Such a wonderful tribute. I was lucky to see him in concert 10 years ago and remember that he was such a charming man.

What's your favorite Monkees' song? I always loved (Look Out) Here Comes Tomorrow!
