Fashion Friday: Disney wedding dresses

If my inner geek was smiling this morning, my inner child is dancing and twirling over Alfred Angelo’s debut collection of wedding gowns. The dresses, inspired by Disney’s classic princesses, make me want to bust out Disney movies and break into song. Here are a few I’ve been eyeing…

Jasmine, for following her heart.

Ariel, for dreaming big and being fearless and fierce in going after what she wants.

Snow White, for not letting anything get in her way — not even an evil stepmother.

Belle, for looking beyond the surface and loving someone for who they are.

What about you, friends? Which dress is your favorite? Who’s your favorite Disney pricess? xoxo

Ok I'll admit it – I tried on Cinderella's dress when I was looking for my wedding dress. It was inspired by the glass slipper – so cute! It was definitely not for me but it was so big and poofy that it was really fun to prance around in for a while.

They are all lovely, however I chose to get married in a very different type of dress. It was black with white flowers around the trim. I wanted a dress I could re-use, which I have done. I do like to see a white wedding, even though it isn't for me! Happy week-end xx

These are all so beautiful! I don't know if I'll pick a dress with a lot of character, like these, but I can still see the charm of each of them! Cute post!

P.s. Love the new blog look 🙂

Like Michelle, I tried on a "Cinderlla" inspired gown when I was picking my wedding dress too 🙂 Although any wedding gown should make a girl feel like a princess!

They're very pretty. I wouldn't have guessed these were Disney Princess dresses (which I think is a good thing). I could have totally worn the one with the flowers on the bodice. Definitely me.

This article is for brides and bridesmaids that are in a quandary about the how to choose a wedding and bridesmaid dresses. It helps brides understand style and the best colors for them and the wedding party.
