Instead of the traditional, cheesy, looks-like-an-’80s-glamour-shot photo, high schoolers in Russia pose for that all-important yearbook photo in front of a chalkboard filled with drawings that reflect their personalities, talents and interests. How awesome is that? Such a fun and creative idea, don’t you think?

P.S. I was pretty much the shy girl…in choir my freshmen year (a quiet version of Rachel Berry) and a young Woodward and Bernstein my sophomore and junior year.

I liked high school and had a good time. I don't miss high school but I do miss wearing overalls once or twice a week. I'm so glad that they are coming back in style!

Oh my word, these photos are so great! I was super SUPER shy in school, but my senior year I was a state-ranked discus thrower and the art student of the year. Kind of a weird combination! HAHA!
