I have a new food obsession, friends: Banana bread. We’ve been making batches of it like crazy around our house in the last few weeks, and it’s the perfect warm treat for a fall night. I’ve even added a sweet glaze to the top — you know my penchant for sweets, friends! I’m dying to try the recipe here.
What about you, friends? What homemade treats have you made recently? Are you a baker? If so, what’s your favorite food to bake? What recipes are you dying to try? Let’s chat, shall we? xoxo
P.S. Another homemade favorite!

I was so excited to see this banana bread post, haha. My mom has this recipe that we make ALL THE TIME. It's sooo good. I always have problems restraining myself from eating the whole thing!

mmm…my mother-in-law makes the best banana bread. She always adds chocolate chips. The entire loaf is usually gone within an hour.

Banana bread is one of my faves, too. In fact I went to the store this evening specifically for bananas. Your post reminded me I forgot them. Woops!

Ooh, delicious!
To be honest, I haven't baked that much lately. I have however made my fair share of microwave cakes. Some with chocolate, some with green tea even. They're easy, you can experiment with them and of course, they are super quick:)
