Daily Affirmation #36.

Today, I am happy because…

I’m heading to the steps of the courthouse for the first civil unions ceremony in my county! A group of about 10 couples will be applying for a civil union license, and I couldn’t be more excited to go and support something I believe so strongly in. It’s nice to know this country is one step closer to equality for all, regardless of sexual orientation. Can’t wait! xoxo

So About What I Said is a daily blog that covers relationships, disabilities, lifestyle and pop culture. I love to laugh and have been known to overshare. I also have an unabashed obsession with pop music, polo shirts, and PEZ dispensers. Read more...
