From kindergarten all the way until junior high, my Mom always slipped a little note in my lunchbox. She’d write things like “Hope you’re having a good day” and “I miss you.” Her notes to me became so popular that by the time I reached junior high, everyone else at my lunchtable wanted to read them!
Today was her first day back at work, and I wish I would have seen these awesome printable lunch notes from Perideau Designs earlier. I could have slipped one into her lunchbox this time! Maybe tomorrow!
Did your parents put notes in your lunches? 🙂
Way to go, Mom! I’m so proud of all you do! Make sure you thank a teacher today, too, friends! xoxo

Lunch notes are soo sweet. My mom would occasionally slip them in, and I would always feel so warm & fuzzy 🙂
I love leaving little notes. I'll do that for my family and the bf. Just a little note to let them know I'm thinking about them 🙂

I sort of hope she slips one to be sometime this year! 😉

This is precious! My mom always left notes for me in my lunchbox, on my mirror in my bathroom, and even when I went to stay with my grandparents for a week during the summer, I would find that she left a note in my suitcase. I hope to do this for my children, too, one day.

My dad used to make up our lunch boxes and was always slipping in notes designed to embarrass us at lunchtime!

Aww I definitely wish my mom would have done that. I know for certain my kid is going to have a box full of notes from "xoxo mommy".

Aw, I love this! My grandma always put notes in my mom's lunch when she was growing up so my mom did the same thing for me from kindergarten all the way till I got out of public school. even in high school my friends loved her notes! I still have a lot of them and my mom still has the notes her grandma wrote her almost 30 years ago! It's the little things in life 🙂
