Summer Pleasures: Refreshing Lemonade.

It’s just a fact that I’ll be a Barq’s girl for life, but I do enjoy sipping a nice glass of lemonade (non-alcoholic, of course…) during the hot summer. We’ve been having a heat wave these last few weeks (close to 100 over the weekend!), so just thinking about a cool drink is perfect. What’s your favorite, friends? xoxo

    Personally I love the heat and water is the best (hydration is a particular concern since most of my training occurs outside and during the hottest parts of the day) for me. Still when that won't quite cut it, nothing goes quite so well with a good meal as a Cold bottle of Cream Soda. I don't know my favorite brand only it's home in my local walmart.

    i thirst for ice cold water – with droplets beading the sides – in hot weather. this past wknd, it went over 100 for us…and i consumed ice water like a whale does plankton.
