If I had to eat one food for the rest of my life, it would undoubtedly be cheese. I find no shame whatsoever in admitting that. Cheddar. Mozzarella. American.
In fact, every time I travel to Wisconsin (my version of heaven…), my only goal is to eat as much cheese as I can and bring a big brick of the goodness home with me. And my mother claims I had a Mickey Mouse doll when I was little that would say, “I’d like some cheese, please” when you pulled the string on his back. I don’t remember this, but maybe that’s what started my love affair with cheese.
Just let me eat cheese! Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to have myself a nice snack of string cheese! What is your favorite kind, friends?
P.S. There’s even a Cheese School in San Francisco! That’s chessetastic, isn’t it?

It's a toss up between goat cheese and muenster. Put really, any cheese is fine with me! I'm headed to Wisconsin for the first time this summer, hoping to eat lots and lots!

Cheese fiends unite!! It's so yummy. Now I want to go eat a big wodge of it, but I don't think we have any in the house. 🙁 Must buy some tomorrow. I love that print, I want it for the fridge door! xx.

Goat cheese for sure!!! With some whole grain organic crackers…with sesame seeds! Mmmmm
Casey says
Ha I love cheese! Last night my roommate an I were trying to name all foods you can add cheese to to make it better. My favorite is muenster. I have just started eating goat cheese on crackers as a snack though and that's also pretty awesome.
Jennifer says
I LOVE cheese, but lately it's making me sick. Maybe I'm turning lactose-intolerant? Ah, the horror! Nothing beats some good cheddar, except maybe some mozzarella, or swiss.. and I'll stop here or I'll keep listening cheeses. haha
Hollie says
how could you choose just one?!
Jennifer says
*listing — not listening. Clearly, the lack of cheese in my life is making me incoherent.
Tonia says

Kristin says

Brie! Brie is absolutely my favorite. There's a place in Milwaukee called House of Cheese that sells cheese fudge. They were out of it when I went but I always wanted to try it.
Natasha says
I love Swiss, brie, muenster, sharp cheddar, Havarti, Colby, feta, oh, I really can't narrow it down… I just like cheese in general (except for Limburger cheese!) Shredded is also very helpful (and tasty). I also really, really like cheese curds! Great picture.

Ok this is semi dorky, but I'm going to tell you it anyways. I used to sell cheese at a farmer's market. 47 different types of mouth watering cheese. It was fantastic. My personal favorite is brie layered with toasted almonds and apricots.
