Girl Crush: Sue Sylvester.

How awesome is Jane Lynch’s character Sue Sylvester on Glee? She’s the sort of woman you know you shouldn’t find inspiring because you know you’d never be like her, but…you can’t help but be in awe of her.

Plus, she has some of the show’s best lines, don’t you think?
*Lady Justice wept today.
*Let me be the one to break the silence. That was the most offensive thing I have seen in 20 years of teaching and that includes an elementary school production of Hair.
*”There’s not much of a difference between a stadium full of cheering fans and an angry crowd screaming abuse at you. They’re both just making a lot of noise. How you take it is up to you. Convince yourself they’re cheering for you. You do that, and some day they will. And that’s how Sue C’s it.”
*I’m going to head down to my condo in Boca, brown up a bit, get myself back into fighting shape.
*I’ve never wanted kids… don’t have the time, don’t have the uterus.
*You are about to board the Sue Sylvester Express. Destination: Horror!

What’s your favorite Sue-ism, friends? xoxo

P.S. Sue even tweets! And aren’t her colorful pant suits just plain awesome?

I have a love/hate relationship with her. She is so conniving yet so hilarious!

These are my favorite Sue-isms:(The ones that are the funniest to me are when she is talking with Mr. Shue).

"I don't trust a man with curly hair. I can't help picturing small birds laying sulfurous eggs in there, and I find it disgusting."

"'…I will go to the animal shelter and get you a kitty cat. I will let you fall in love with that kitty cat. And then on some dark, cold night, I will steal away into your house…and punch you in the face."

"I make fun of Will's hair because I'm jealous. There. I said it."

"I just lost my train of thought because you have so much margarine in your hair."

"I thought I smelled cookies from the tears of elves weeping that live in your hair."

"What would Madonna do? Well, the answer to that question would normally be: date a younger man."
