Oh, boys, can you believe woo-me week is coming to an end? It seems like it was only yesterday when we were a googly eyed couple picking out lovely things for me.
So here’s the final dazzle-me gift idea. If you’re one of the boys I haven’t written a song about, you’re probably feeling a little left out, aren’t you? I know. It’s OK. After all, there are only so many hours in the day, and as much as I’d love to, I can’t spend them all thinking about you, can I?
That’s where these lovely journals come in. If I had one of these babies, I could carry it everywhere with me, ready to write whenever the muse strikes!Oh, and I figure you could buy that guitar for yourself, and perhaps return the favor and pen a song just for me. You know, a metaphorical, non-sexual “you-scratch-my-back-I’ll-scratch-yours” sorts of thing. Doesn’t that sound beautifully sexy?
Hmmm, beautifully sexy…that would make a great song title, don’t you think? A sort of Justin Timberlake-esque, tamer version of Sexyback. Better hurry up and send me those journals ASAP!
I shall be waiting for those pretty presents, boys* xoxo
*No, that is most definitely not a euphemism…

I love a man with a guitar. And if he can play it or sing, even better!
I want a great journal to start recording my poetry in. I've written a bunch of poems, but they're still on little scraps of paper. I want to make them more permanent.

There is nothing sweeter than a guy with musical talent! All the more so if he can play a guitar!!
