Dating With Disabilities: Sour Patch Kids And Facebook Affairs.

Teaser: That’s it. I’ve come to the most undesirable of undesirable conclusions: I am far too subtle.

I don't the problem is being too subtle, I think the problem is reading into things too much. Guys are pretty obvious when they are interested and having random f]Facebook chats with a guy does not mean he's interested, it does not mean he's not interested either, but you have wait for a more obvious hint from him (like asking you to hang out) or you're going to continue to feel nervous/embarrased about beign too forward.

Great article! I am one of those women who is somewhat forward. I usually get a vibe {for lack of a better description} about a guy and I will go with it. I haven't been with a lot of men, I'm more of a long term/ serious relationship kind of girl. I can safely say that I pursued, with success, 5 of the 8 guys I've dated. Oh, and I'm not "easy" either. I think that the fact that I have self respect helped me to get the above said men.

My advice, let the chatting slowly build, and then after about a month of talking on line / email/ phone, ask them out for coffee but make it seem casual. Feel out how the meeting is going. If you feel mutual sparks, speak openly about how you feel {if he doesn't first}. I know I sound like a broken record but the only regret you will have is if you don't try.

Sorry for the novel. 🙂 Hope this helps a little.
